How many Cloth pads do I need?
For Heavier flows I would suggest starting out with;
Three 12″ ultimate overnight pads
Five 11″overnight pads ...
Four 10″ heavy pads
Five 9″ regular pads
Six 8″ light pads
Four 7.5″ panty liners
For lighter cycles, you can go down one pad each size.
